I lived there for 1 year. I was generally not bad. I thought the rent was a bit high since we had to pay all the utilities including trash. The water, trash and gas bill was calculated by adding up all the bills from the apartments and dividing it by the number of apartments; this was rather stupid and unfair. When I was there, the apartment had a space heater that was located in the living room and my bedroom was never heated. Also, I had to call maintenance to light the heater and I was told to not turn it off until winter is over. I hated that I had no control over it yet I had to pay the bill. My electricity bill at that apartment ranged from $65 - $110. When I moved to another apartment a few blocks away my electricity bill ranged from $15-$30 and that includes winter months and the same appliances. Closets were too small.
