Good for students on a budget

Pros: quick response for maintenance
manager knows me by first name
I only pay electric which has ranged from $15-$35
Central heat and air
Parking
Friendly and professional manager
Cons: Worn carpet
Front door is not properly sealed
Thin walls
Ugly bathroom (just a sink and small cabinet with a mirror, no cupboards)
Stained linoleum in the kitchen and bath
Very small closet
Very little storage space
Rent has to be paid at the office which is not located on site
Rent jumped from $375 to $400 even though no improvements were made on the apt
Tenants have pets even though pets are not allowed
Laundry room is too small
