Not bad for the price I actually enjoyed my stay here. The price cannot be beat from what I can tell. Canyon is a college town so there is the occasional noise but overall I was very pleased with my stay there. Plus I liked that cable and Internet were free.!!

LOVED EM' I mlived there throughout my lease and LOVED every minute of it... Angela and Valerie were the bomb and the maintenence people were awesome too. the rent was fair and the way the bills were set up made rent seem better. I would move back in without a second thought!!!!
