You got what you paid for It was a great place if you were a college student, which we were. Plenty of room and for the most part it was taken care of. The pool was small but there was usually no one in it. The manager worked with my roommate and I whenever we had rent problems or issues

Big disappointment
Looks ok on the outside from a distance, and great on the website, but this place is filthy. It's neglected and whoever is managing it hasn't got a clue how to keep things up. Terribly run-down for a place this new. Even a little power washing would help.

It's Great in So Many Ways This is a great apartment complex. The manager is on top of everything. She is wonderful to work with. It is so convenient for parking and working at West Texas A&M University. Plus, everyone who lives there is associated with the university in some manner.
