LakeHill is Nice - Ok well I'm a resident and I happen to love it! Yes the units are older, but they are well maintained and you cannot beat the fabulous neighborhood its in. True, the unit is drafty, but I just learned to run my ac/heat when needed and shut it off. You have to also take into consideration that these are multi-level condos.
