I am a long time resident of the Arbors Of Carrollton. The bad review that have been written are untrue. This is a great complexs to live in..it is nice and quite, no loud music is allow, and if so, there is a fine of 50.00 dollars to those that break any rules on their lease. The staff will not put up with loud noises, disturbances of any kind. The manager and staff are great people and they work with you on any matter you have concerning your apt or the property. The grounds are always kept clean, things get fix fast,if you should have a problem. There is a train at the East end of the complex, but, the only time you know its there is due to the blowing of the horn, when coming up to car crossing. The staff will not put up with drug dealing in the complex..if it is seen, there is a drug hot line to call and things are taken care of in that matter..but since, I have lived here, I only saw that happen once, and it was taken care of by the police. If you should read any other bad review's on this complex..it's only the ones that have been evident from the area, or didn't pay rent or were trouble makers that got kicked out..as I said, this is a great place to be..the neighbors look out for one another and are very friendly with each other..so, come by and see for yourself and you too, can enjoy living in a nice area.
