This place has entirely too many infriendly black folks for this scared white boy. We're talking about MAYBE 10% caucasion. Plus, it's really loud. The trains are horrible, and the local gangs drive through constantly with the bass blaring from their cars. (They did not get the memo from the totally ineffective management staff about loud music.)

I agree with you, cheeky0927! What a racist remark! For the record, I lived in a complex where the white management staff came in my apartment and stole from me!
