Ok place, on a six month lease. Affordable, descent place to stay; usual apartment living. But longer than six months, the train, 100 feet east of the complex, will drive you mad. It runs about 5 - 10 times in a 24 hour period. Since the crossing is next to the complex, you'll hear the horn all hours of the night. Other tenents seem friendly, except for the few hood rats you'll need to keep an eye on. Access to the complex sucks, the only entrances are on a one-way street. That means once you exit the complex you'll have to drive 3/4 miles out of the way to get back in. Haven't heard of any crimes on the complex, but have seen an increased police presence.
