Trash is prominent. People do not pick up after thier dogs. The swimming pool becomes a nightclub with people wearing barely anything and listening to rap music at full blast. Very trashy neighbors. ..

Old buildings but nicely updated. We haven't had any major issues and maintenance is pretty fast. It is expensive for what you get but that's just apartments these days. Amenities are decent. No major complaints.

Older apartments, but renovated. My two bedroom/2 bathroom is spacious! Large complex- 45 two-story buildings. Lots of green grass and trees. Diverse cultures and ages. Child and dog friendly. Great maintenance. Quiet. Good amenities- 3 pools, large fitness center, dog park, valet trash.

I Love my apartment. The management crew is very nice and helpful, as are the maintenance men. They are Awesome!! I am only writing more because of the stupid 200 character requirement for this dumb thing.

It's been okay. I mean, our back area is a flood zone, but..It's okay. The trash valet misses every third pickup. We haven't been murdered in our beds so....I guess things could be worse. Definite 5/10.

I enjoy living in this community. Everyone is friendly and respectful to one another. I also enjoy the convenience of how close this complex is to other things for me, such as grocery stores, stores to shop at, necessities, healthcare, work, etc.

Safe and quiet and the maintenance staff is quick to fix anything that I request. It is close enough to enough things that I can get just about anything. I highly recommend this apartment community, so come!

We enjoy a quiet and friendly community with well maintained amenities and good service when needed. We enjoy the open spaces available for outdoor activities and appreciate the convenience of easily accessed parking.

I chose this complex because I have always owned a home and was looking for an apartment that was reasonable, had trees and had more of a residential feel. Could not see myself in an area that was all concrete.
