Management gives you a hard time when you move out and puts down the new apt. you're moving into. Poor insulation expensive to cool in summer. Overwatering of the grounds which causes lots of mesguitos, nats and floods walk ways making it difficult and dangerous to walk on sidewalks. Our apartment upon move in was dirty and the carpet was filthy. Had to ask several times to reclean carpet. Management gave us much attitude about this. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
