I have had countless problems with this apartment community!!! Lets start with leaky roof for over a year now! Also my electric bill in a small 1 bedroom apt is 150-200$ a month, and the air has broken atleast 15 times in the past yr. Apartment would not even reimburse me saying it was my fault for running the air all day, well gee I had to run it all day for it to even get near comfort range, plus the NON english speaking maintenece staff tracks mudd in the carpet... It stayed 80degrees in my apt for over 6 months nearly and finally they fixed it after I wrote them a 3 page complaint letter.. Still no reimbersement, all I wanted was 1 month rent!!!! The staff hangs out with the trash whom play volleyball until 4 am and disturb anyone who lives near the court.. and you can't complain, b/c 1/2 of the girls who work at Autumn Chase, ARE the ones at the court drinking VODKA and screaming at 4 am. That would be the 1800 building, I used to live 5 feet away from the sand court and had to call the police over 30 times in 1 year. Luckily I will be in a house soon and away from this garbage complex!!!! I give them a negative 10000000 as a rating!
