We lived here over a year - we have not had any problems with management or maintenence. We have needed maintence twice in the time we've lived there and they came out right away both times - the last time, the maintence man had to drive over an hour from his house because it was at night. I would highly reccommend this complex - nice apartment, garden tubs, spacious kitchen, lots of storage...I am very happy!
