When I moved into these apartments they were managed by Amli. Amli offered me a good move in deal and kept me happy. Amli also threw parties and inteacted with tenants. All the sudden with out informing any of the tenants Autumnchase was taken over by Price. Now the management sucks, prices are higher. The grounds are always dirty, the staff never wants to help and they overall suck.
