DO NOT LIVE HERE. When you want to move out and after you cleaned the apartment better than the shape it was in when you moved in, they will charge you for numerous inaccurate things. They do not care about their clients and especially those that do not renew their leases (the place is a dump for what you pay.) They claimed I owed more than $700 and we settled on $200 just to get them to go away. I know I left the aprtment in good condition and very clean, but they want my money and your money to pay for upgrades, so they will lie and say you left it dirty, charge you with late fees, and claim their costs are much higher than in actuality.
