This place is the WORST place to live ever since the new management took over in March. I cannot wait to get out of here. We have had so many problems...apartments are being broken into...we actually had people peeing into our bedroom window, when we reported it nothing was done about it so we had to file a police report just to get someone out here to patrol the area. They've tried screwing us over so many times...when we renewed our lease they said we would get a small upgrade, that never happened. We reported our stove as not working 6 times and all 6 times someone came out and said they were going to order a part and never came back. The maintenance supervisor is an a$$****. He's rude and demanding. They try to get as much money as they can out of you. We were never given a renewal notice or offer until the day we had to give our 30 day notice. We bothered the staffing team for a whole month trying to get something out of them but they kept putting it off, avoiding us and acting like sh*th*les. The day we gave our notice we were told that the manager would call us back the next day, and sure enough, after avoiding our calls all month long she called us back with an offer practically begging us to stay. People are moving out faster than people are moving in. There are so many empty apartments here just walking around, it's ridiculous. This used to be a ver nice peaceful place to live, now they are treating their residents like crap and spending all the money they are sucking out of you just ot make the place look prettier to pull you in. When we moved into the apt we are in now it was only $699/mo. Now that they took over it's $820/mo. Thier cheapest apartment here used to be $525/mo, it's now $700/mo. It's crap, the place is falling apart, it's infested with ants, spiders, and all sorts of strange bugs. You can hear the water running through the pipes everytime someone in your building flushes a toilet or turns on a faucet in phase 1. They've tried towing our car 3 times now just b/c they didn't like the way it looked when the entire staff drives old, beat up, wrecked, loud, leaking cars, and the only problem with ours was the paint was starting to come off on the hood. Apparently it made the apartment look "bad". Ha!! I hate this place, can't wait to get out!
