I have been living at autumn chase for almost six years and have seen the management change 3 times. the most recent being the switch to bh management. having done a little research i have found that this management company is much different than the last 2. go to www.bhmanagement.com to see for yourself. these guys have already dumped millions of dollars into landscaping, interior design, and quality employees who have proven track records of excellence. every transistion has its bumps in the road and as renters, we have to be slightly forgiving in some areas. i am sure it will all be smooth sailing after a while.
