All I have to say is don't waste your time even thinking about living here. The worst apartments I have lived in. The rent is outrageous and the management is thoughtless, rude and very snobby. Not one single person says or knows what the other person does. Maintenance blows. For example, my A/C unit broke in the middle of summer and after four days of hourly bugging the management to fix it they guy comes in and asks if the box on my wall reading almost 100 degrees is my thermostat. Seriously!!!! My neighbor had to call the city twice because management would not spray the apartment for bugs and refused to replace a broken window that some punk kids broke with the rocks the complex is using for decorations. Every time my upstairs neighbor moves it sounds like he is coming through my ceiling. Infact the walls are so thin I can hear him getting into bed at night. My toilet has leaked the whole time I have been here. I ve had to do all my inside repairs because you can't get maintenance out to do it. They do not care one rats @%$ about their tenets. All they care about is making the outside look nice rather then keep the people paying for the upgrades happy. They can not lease a vacant apartment to save their lives. People are moving out faster then coming in. I would not recommend these crap apartments to even my worse enemy. These apartments define CrapShack. Oh and my boyfriends brother owns a management company and from him and other managements BH are worthless, so make sure you look at the management company when leasing.

Man.... You are like the smartest person in the world. Look at your wonderful grammar and sentence structure. What's that, a 6th, no 7th grade education, being put to use. Your parents would be so proud!!

"Man...." <-- Where is that in the english language? Look at your punctuation!! Where is your question mark? Why don't you proof read your response before you submit it? Either way, what does it matter? Are you reading for information or grammer review? If you are so much more educated than that person is, why don't you pay the outrageous prices for the crapy service? You must work for BH!!!!!
