I loved these renovated apartments when I found them. When I moved in everything was okay. In a month I had ants all over my kitchen and living room. I have contacted the management twice and still no response. One of my front stove does not work, but the maintenance man did come and fix that quickly. Although he put the wrong size on it so it looks horrible. When they renovated everything they didn't do a good job on flushing the doors so none of my doors shut and lock correctly. I have paid my rent on time everytime. And I received one letter in my mailbox that I had to move because of an eviction, however the date was two weeks before I even got this letter. Management called my house and left a very rude message about how she was evicting me tomorrow morning. When I called her back she was rude and told me how I had to pay an extra $1000 deposit even though I have been living here for about three months. And therefore I was late on rent because everytime I paid them it went to that deposit. I asked her why this is my first time hearing about this, and how I never received any notices and she could not explain. The only thing she had to say was if I didn't pay by tomorrow morning she was taking the eviction to court. I have pretty much had it for these apartments. I can not wait for my lease to be up. Just for some of you that read this. I woke up one night to a lizard on my couch, so beware.
