I live in the older phase called Irishman?s Creek and I love it here! I have a lake view and I get to wake up and look at the ducks every morning. The leasing agents and management are great! There is a comment posted earlier about the rent being expensive, that does not bother me! It keeps the trash out and I gladly pay higher rates to be safe! It is worth it to me!



But I do have a few complaints. There is dog poop everywhere. Although there are poop scoop stations everywhere there are some tenants here who can be a little lazy and not pick up after their pets. And they ruin it for the people who do pick up after their pets! The apartments also allow all dog breed except pit bulls so there are a ton of Rottweilers everywhere. There was one who was roaming around alone the other day. But I knew about the pet policy before I move in so I was not shocked to see all the Rotts. I just wish that the owners were a little more responsible with their dog. Also, when a package is delivered to the office and you go to pick it up, the office staff just lets you go into a room alone and pick it up. They don't even check to make sure you get your package and no one elses. This makes me very uncomfortable. I know I am honest but I am not sure about everyone else who lives here. So when I order something that will come through the mail, I have it sent to my friends house which is kind of inconvient. But it is better than having it stolen from the office. I also understand that it is not the offices responsiblity to look after your mail so I have no problem diverting my mail elsewhere. That is MY choice, no one forced me to do that.



Other than those few complaints I enjoy living here. Plus, the complex is right off the tollway and it is REALLY quiet! No loud parties which is a major plus. And the management is really great. I also love my garage! It makes me feel very safe when I come home at night. If you have to live in an apartment I would recommend these apartments to anyone!
