I currently live at Ballantrae Springs. It is so refreshing to live somewhere where the management staff not only cares about their residents, but is friendly and cheerful every time you talk to them.

The pet deposit is really high, but they let you pay it out over 3 months time, making it easier. They are very animal friendly. Every time she sees me walking my dog, the manager runs out with a dog treat (she's a dog lover like me!) and to pet and love on my dog.

Robin, who works in the office, is the best. She's usually the one who answers the phone. She is so cheerful and helpful!

The staff gets right on top of any and every maintenance request that may come up. And even though there are literally gate crashers monthly, who run their cars through our access gates, the maintenance man is out to fix them within a couple of days every time.

I'm grateful to have found Ballentrae Springs. It's truly a treasure!
