I haven't lived here long, but so far, everything is wonderful. I wanted a nice, clean environment with great parking at a good price and I fount it at Ballantrae Springs. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The price is great for all the amenities that you get. The scenery is wonderful, and you are close to a lot of great areas - including the nightlife of Addison. If you are in the market for an apartment and you want luxury at an affordable price, I recommend Ballantrae Springs!
