Lived here for over a year.. Carpet was dirty (stained) when moved in. Can not get anything fixed. Squeeky floors. Dogs use the bathroom everywhere and nobody bothers to clean it up. Somebody in building 33 has a dog in the garage. piss runs out of thier garage and into the parking lot. but the rent is cheap.. Very pissy apt manager (older white lady) I guess you get what you pay for!!
