I lived in Ballantrae Springs Apartments from spring of 2001 until Spring of 2004, living in two separate apartments ' the 2 bed townhouse and the 1 bedroom over garage. Maybe I was lucky in both but they were extremely quiet (double-paned windows), and the layout of the complex was nice ' more like a townhouse neighborhood than an apartment complex. The office staff was always courteous and responded well to service requests, of which I think I had maybe 3 over the course of my lease there. The price was right for the space as well, with the tollway just about a mile and a half away. I give them a thumbs-up.
