I've been living here for about 8 months now...I love my apartment and neighbors...everything is wonderful...but I've had a few experiences with the Office staff and they're all quite on the mean side! It's like they're always on the defensive or something, like we're going to report them to their boss or something like that. I love the place...but hate dealing with the office employees....You assume that when you are kind to them, and simply inquire into little things, they would reciprocate...but on the contrary, you get spoken to like a child and are treated as if you are a burden. I guess they forget that if not for the tenants, they would be out of a job!

try asking when the spa will be fixed! they become condescending and tell you IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE TO RUN UNTIL SUMMER! what the hell???
