Great Place!

I live in a two bedroom townhouse in the older section, Irishmans Creek and I love it! I have a nice size yard that I laid sod in (10 ft x 16 ft). I have 2 small dogs that love the yard. I have never once heard my neighbors through the walls, which is refreshing after some the apartments that I have rented. Staff are very friendly and responsive to maintenance issues. Price may seem a little high, but when you consider that you are getting 1200sg ft, two car garage and a yard, it's not a bad deal.
