I have been here 2 months and already regret signing the lease. The management company is terrible and the office administration a joke. I moved here for the stocked pond but now that is even a JOKE. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE TO LIVE. $750 deposit for my dog depost. Give me a BREAK!!!! He's only 40 pounds! Seriously. DO NOT COME HERE TO LIVE. You will be miserable like me. The walls are paper thin and I hear every footstep above me. My subwoofer is now on 2 and still get complaints at very reasonable noise levels.
