I'm currently a resident here living in a two bedroom. The rent is outrageous for what you get. $950 for a two bedroom in a 12 year old building. I second the Thin walls comment but for a different reason. I can hear the rats running through the walls and across my ceiling in my bedroom. They where living in our storage closet on the balcony. We had some baby stuff in there because we are expecting. All of which is now ruined. We went to the office and complained and they said all they could do in put out traps and they where sorry for the things that where ruined but we shouldn't have kept that kind of stuff in a storage closet. Well if it isn't for storage what is it for. The ladies in the office are terrible to deal with bitter old broads, and completely forgetful. We have paid the water with our rent every month since we moved in. Two months ago we recieved a failure to pay water notice. The man downstairs is incredibly weird and a packrat he has things everywhere sitting outside of his front door all over the walkway and he feeds the birds and ducks and leaves the food out (the main reason there are rats). We can't even walk up the front stairs because there is so much crap. When we moved in we had to go through the garage because we couldn't even walk through the walkway to get to the front door. Oh and the security gate is a joke on three different occasions I and my fiance have had a homeless man come up and ask for money. When this was reported to the staff there response was "Well there really isn't anything we can do about it. I've regretted signing the lease for the last three months and am longning for the day when we can move out.
