Ballantrae Springs Apartments

NO WAY!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   I cant imagine a more UNPROFESSIONAL staff. I would never consider living at this property. The old lady that works in the office and I believe her name is Helen, needs to be fired. She not only made a fool of herself but she also is unprofessional and rude to the "potential" future renters. I walked into the office and walked out within a 5 minute period. She began to argue with another leasing agent in the office in front of 3 other people. I cannot believe that the management team hired this lady. She needs to go to the nursing home for "elders" and see how people are treated and how you should treat others. VERY VERY Unprofessional......thats the best word I can think of! It fits to the "T"!
