Managmentis a big fat joke!!! The manager, Dana Martin, decides who gets late fees and who doesn't. If she likes you, you can pay rent whenever and whatever.Their leasing agent, BJ something or other only wants to delve into your personal life and "Pray for You". She can quote the bible faster then she can quote an apartment lease. Don't try and get an issue resolved. Dana (when she is there and not off shopping)loves to quote you her electric bill and not even discuss that you may have a problem with your furnace. I DON'T RECCOMEND THIS TYPE MANAGMENT TO ANYONE,THEY ARE ONLY SELECTIVE TO THEIR "FRIENDS"

WOW! Ive been shopping around online and through an apartment finder and BOY, I leaped onto this rating and scared me off right away! Im sorry you all have such a bad rep!

Oh come on, that's not entirely accurate. The people that she is nice to are the people that are nice to her. Go into their office and gripe an -----, and you wont get much help. Go in with a good attitude, ask for anything and they will accomodate. I actually like irishmans creek better, across the street, but the maangement is the same. They are good people, dont treat them poorly, and they will do what you ask.
