I lived here for 10 years and worked here for approx. 2 years. During the time I lived there and called it home. The managment and maintenance were all extremely friendly, and like family. When I had an issue it was taken care of right away. Now for all you people out there saying "NO" to this propery it is because you are either bitter because you did not get your way, or you are overly exaggerating your issues with Ballantrae Springs and Irishman's Creek. You forget that the geographic area of the 2 properties sit's on 2 small lakes, which in turn draws all sorts of critters and insects. Mother nature is not something that the staff has control of. They go above and beyond and out of there way to accomodate your needs as a resident and are most willing to find a way to reconcile any complaint or maintenance issue. In addition, the propery is not a HUGE powerhouse management company. It is independently owned and operated. With that being said for those of you who leave bitter and nasty messages on here, tell the truth because it is probably because you are "CONSTANTLY LATE ON YOUR RENT" or you cannot get things done YOUR WAY. They have two properties to choose from. Yes, 1 of the properties is older and 1 is newer. YOU HAVE A CHOICE, WHEN YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE! For the majority of you complaining about Rats, Fishing, and the Staff, go find a better place to live, and see how fast some "HUGE" management company takes care of your needs' Just see how fast maintenance takes care of your rat problem' Will you be able to fish there' Will the staff turn off your coffee pot when you leave it on' Will they keep your package for you until you pick it up' You "NO" people tend to over exaggerate. Sometimes it is the small things that an apartment complex does to make you feel at home, and not the big stuff that you PERSONALLY expect. So if you are questioning on living here, it is a DEFINIATE YES! Don't be fooled by all the other "NO"s.

It is soooooo nice of Rhonda to come back just to post this. She forgot to let you know her "issue" was the fact that she and Dana got into it and she was fired!!!! Wonder if she really did write this one? I guess we'll never know. Just goes to show you how much managment lies!!!!!This is word for word of what the manager tells everyone. She thinks the "little things" are going to smooth things over instead of doing her job.And the rats are not fake. They are very real.

HELEN? You are not smart enough to know what an I.P Address...Go back to the Trailer Park where you came from and stop posting all this non-sense on here. Go back, anchor and skirt your trailer and find something else to do besides pour out your angry bitter thoughts under anonymous names.
