Make sure your application is FULLY FILLED OUT FRONT AND BACK before you sign and leave the office. Managment is bad about finishing the back that says what you agree to as rent, deposits, pro-rate, etc. By the time they fill it out you have a 50/50 chance that it isn't what you agreed on. Once you sign the application you are bound by whatever is on it. Same for the actual lease. Make sure any and all changes are inititaled by you and whoever is taking care of you. Make sure you initial and/or sign your name wherever you are suppose to. DO NOT SKIP ONE SINGLE PLACE!!! In the case recently of #3206 - the tenant is not the one that signed the lease and two places were changed with no initial. Why'' Because management needed to get it on the computer so bonus could be taken and the tenant wasn't available at the time. The rent amount was increased without the tenant knowing about it first hand. The manager loves to spout off that she has been in this business for 30 years. Too bad she didn't learn a few things in all that time.

Hey Hey Hey!! How'd they get her to say that? I lived next to her the whole time and all I heard was one complaint after another. Bought a house?? She left under an eviction notice.
