Air conditioners run all night without cooling apartments. They won't install those dark screens if you dont have a hundred percent of your apartment facing west, but they WILL ALLOW YOU to purchase and have them installed yourself, but then they tell you "You have to leave them when you move". What Malarkey, if I BUY something it's mine and I am taking it with me. I recommend following my neighbors and adding window air conditioners and aluminum foil. The foil seems to work best, and if everyone uses it, it will all match. Be ready for electric bill swings from $15 in the early winter to over $250 in the summer. I should have a house for that.

Can you provide more information as to where to find the police reports ? I just called and the Carrollton police dept. said that they don't list anything by complexes just addresses. This is very serious, but I am purusing the Carrollton police website and can't find anything out about this at all. I was told no murders have happened this past year in Carrollton. You learned this months ago but are just posting this here now? It states you lived here in from 2004-2007 so you don't live here anymore but still live in fear? More information please as the where to obtain these reports. We got a pet as a security measure just for the barking affect. Pet deposits here are not anymore than other nice complexes or homes.

You can request a copy of the past year report from The Carrollton Police department by using the main address. I got one and it is scary!!!

I found out months after it happened, and it didn't dawn on me to come here until someone asked me about safe apartments and I suggested using this site. I then decided I should post it when I realized nobody else had, nor had anyone had even a clue.
