Inspect APT carefully before moving in

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Upon move in the APT was not in move in shape. It was dirty and had stained carpet and walls. The Staff is not very attentive and you will need to be present when Maintance is there if you want the job done right. The limited access gate has been broken about 85% of the time. There is alot of trash because of all the critters and staff doesn't seem to pick it up. I will say that my neighbor are some of the nicest people you will find in Dallas
