We have lived here for nearly two years now. I have never had problems with any of the management staff. They have been nothing but professional and kind. We moved from a complex we were at for over 4 1/2 years it became a nightmare with robberies, car jackings, break-ins, etc...and management could have cared less.

What a difference the past two years have made!

We are only moving to purchase/lease a home in another school district for my child to attend or we would certainly stay longer. The grounds are kept immaculate, the maintenance staff has always been a pleasant, fast, and reliable. The landscaping here I think is one of the most beautiful I have seee in the Carrollton area.

For the money you'd pay to live elsewhere I would chose Ballantrae Springs or Irishman's creek hands down.

As for robberies, etc have you checked on the carrollton police report for the past year on Ballentrae? Would change your mind in a heartbeat

The whole area as far as robberies is really to be expected it's the city after all you can't escape that no matter where you live. And, where we lived previous there were smashed in doors, windows, everywhere constantly, you could see the drug dealers in the light of day doing transactions, a neighbor they busted with an armed band of kids with the dad and son jacking and stealing cars, remember last year or so the girls that were abducted, raped and dumped on the highway from a moving car? YUP the building next door to where we lived a month after we moved out or so. The comparison I am making is to other properties I have lived in in the past few years in the same area. Break ins and robberies are to be expected in the city but not at the rate they happened at the other complex and having management do nothing, not return phone calls, or care.
