I have lived here for over 3yrs and never had any real complaints until another resident moved from the other side of the community into the apartment across from mine (Unit 2809!).

She is running a brothel out of her home! There is absolutely no doubt about it-I have made more than one police report, and she even has a prior arrest record for prostitution and indecent exposure!!!

The apt management is well aware of the police reports, the all-night parade of male visitors, and the excessive noise complaints. (Not only from me. Since moving across from me 9 months ago this woman has had 6 noise complaints filed with mgmt and I only made one of those! No lie, she gets into a middle of the night screaming match with one guy or another about once a week!)

Nearly every month she has a "rent due/late" notice on her door for failing to pay rent on time. Like clockwork, around the 2nd week of each month the men start rolling in! Even with ALL THIS management still hasn't seen fit to ask her to "take her business elsewhere"!!!

MY FAMILY DESERVES TO BE ABLE TO WALK OUTSIDE WITHOUT BEING SEEING BLATANT PROSTITUTION!

As I said, before all this, I never really had a problem. But I think the leniency shown by management is a sign of things to come-Ballantrae Springs is going downhill fast! I will be leaving AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP! MAYBE SOONER!!!

you really should specify if YOU or the PROSTITUTE is in apartment 2809, as someone may come knocking on your door looking for your neighbor! One more thing: I didn't think there was an #__09 apartment in this complex...

Yes, there are units with #__09 here, I lived in one (but not 2809!)
