Terrible Place to say they were Christians...

The last review was someone that lived there. But I bet you didn't have them steal your $175.00 Deposit before ever signing anything. Talk about a terrible place to live. They have openings available, but yet want to treat a new potential resident like a leach to increase profits.
In this "Recession in America" that is tremendously affecting many North Texans. It's truly a shame when Real Estate/Property Management companies and there respective owners allow such brutal pounding of a human being!
Give me your money to just put a hold on the apartment so you don t loose it. We won t cash it until you sign your lease and move in. Just the $25.00 application fee will be cashed. BJ and Kristin s words to me while showing me apartments. Not to mention their true devotion to Jesus our savior.
My question is, what would Jesus do in the same situation. I bet he wouldn t have lied and then took a check and cashed it after swearing on the bible that it wouldn t be cashed when I said are you sure they won t cash it'
God Bless to all!!!

Does anyone even know if it is LEGAL to keep your deposit if you aren't approved? Sounds to me like they are in for a serious legal suit...

In response to this commit, there is a $25.00 app fee and a $150.00 deposit for a 1bdrm. The $25.00 is non refundable and the $150.00 is ONLY refundable if you are declined, you sir were approved for the apt. You even thanked the manager for going to bat for you because you were originally approved ONLY if you paid 1st and last months rent. It was 2 days after the manager called you with your approval (without paying 1st and last months rent) that you called and cancelled your move in. You, in fact, signed 3 different places on the application that you FULLY UNDERSTOOD the deposit was not refundable unless declined. When you left a message that you were cancelling your move in,I returned your call. I reminded you that your deposit was non-refundable. However, if your financial situation changed by the end of the year you would not have to put up another deposit. By the way no other property would consider reinstating a deposit for ANY reason.

Bible quoting bj is running loose. She has been known to spend time in an empty apartment "praying" for the would be tenant. No, they do not fill out the paperwork properly at the begining and a background check is nothing to worry about if they happen to like you. Check the police report for the past year in Carrollton on this property. Then check out how many sex offenders are living there now. Catch Dana on one of her pain pill popping days and you can get away with anything. IF your a single male and good looking this is better. She will hold an apartment up for three months for you. And if you change your mind and want another one after you signed your lease, she'll give that one to you too. Just don't ever get on her badside. She knows how to use her power in the office to cover herself and ruin your life. Makes one wonder how close her relationship with Gary really is???????
