We would just like to say that we've been here since May 1st and we find the complex to be such a wonderful place to live. We have a 2 bedroom/first floor on the south side along the tree line, our electrical bills have been runnng at $135/month. We take a nightly walk and the complex is always quiet and peaceful. The folks we come across on our walks are alway pleasant.

I would like you to post your electric bill for verification. To this I say...BS. Next, since you are on the treeline, did they tell you about the rat problem??? Watch your back patio. Then don't be surprised when they come in your apartment. But all is ok, they will come set traps for you and tell you not to worry. The shed on your back patio is their favorite home so don't put anything valuable in it.You can also expect a late night visit from possums too. They love the treeline (and your house)
