So Far, So Good

We moved in to a two bedroom/one bath a few months ago and everything has been going smoothly. The apartment is large and has a nice floorplan, there are tons of trees right outside of our unit which keeps the apartment cool all of the time. Our electric bill is a little over 200, but it's 110 degrees outside and energy prices are through the roof so it's to be expected. I love having the garage attached to my unit, it's really nice. It's very quiet here and I've met nothing but nice people. The dog park in the back is really nice and lots of people have doggies here. If you don't want to deal with dogs, don't live here. The apartment staff and maintenance are fine, they fixed our move in checklist stuff ASAP and always return calls. My only beef is there is no mail drop box, you have to drop your mail off at the office which is kinda dumb. And I can hear my upstairs neighbor stomp around sometimes and can hear her washer and dryer and plumbing. But, again, that's to be expected since I'm on the bottom floor. I haven't had a problem with visitor parking yet. I used to work for the police department so I know this is a pretty safe community, I wouldn't have moved here if it was scary like some people on here make it seem. We're pretty happy here.

Because all apartment complexes do that? It also serves as your documentation for anything that might come up when you move out so they don't charge you for the nick in the baseboard or loose light switch cover when you move out. You seem like a very negative person, perhaps you should find another complex to live in since this place doesn't meet your high standards. God forbid they have a move in check list like EVERY OTHER COMPLEX.

Why did you have a move in check list? The apartment should have been ready to go before you moved in. Oh yeah, I forgot. Maintence was so busy acting "quickly" to fix everyone's problem (but mine) they didn't have the time to get yours ready.

If someone like YOU called me I would likely put you on the VERY bottom of my list. Who would be happy to serve you. I see you on almsot every single post here. Get a life. Or seek medical help. You appear to be unbalanced.
