My wife and I have been at Ballantrae for 3 months now and find it quiet and clean.
Plenty of people have dogs but almost all are leashed when walking around and I seldom see people not clean up after their dogs. A recent pool party seemed quite tame and I didn't hear any loud music or annoying guests. Our apartment was clean upon move in, however our air filters for HVAC were missing. The list of defects upon move in was also very short and the maintenance staff resolved about all of them within a day. There seems to be plenty of parking all around for guests. The biggest complaint isn't about the apartments itself but rather the location is distant to grocery / shopping areas and away from quick highway access.
