I've been here for over 2 years now and I've seen two different management companies come and go. Each time it only gets worse. It's the same old story. The new management group comes in and tells you how they are working hard to improve the situation and blame the previous management company. This is all lip service trust me.

As stated on their website, they try to resolve all work orders in 24 hours. What a joke. I've had work orders open for well over a week and only after I call a few times will they finally "temporarily" fix the problem.

The management office has temps that don't have a clue what is going on. This place is a lost cause! I'll be moving as soon as my current lease is up.

Don't make a mistake and listen to all of their promises when they try to get you to sign the lease. Find another place!

Same issues with maintenance and the staff at coyote ridge. Anything that needs to be fixed takes weeks, not to mention the staff inside acts as if you are an pain in the ass for trying to do anything including paying your rent. Went in to debit charge my next three months rent on an atm card and it took an act of congress to first of all get them to acknowledge that I was in the office and then another to get someone who knew how to do it. After the entire process they claimed I owed them more money. Had they had there ---- together it could have all been paid in full.

You got it! This nice place is a nightmare because of Greystar and Virtu Investments!!!!!!!!!!!
