Me and my family looked at these apts yesterday. They were nice and spacious compared to the others we had looked at all day. We were considering placing a deposit but based on the comments here and the lack of positive comments we well wait to consider our options. The price now seems a little steep for the lack of basic services. I wouldn't blame the office staff, I'm sure that they are just small cogs in a BIG wheel.
Maybe its been awhile since you all have looked at other properties, Your apts. are large and your grounds are well kept(lighting aside) Ilooked at a property that had several pools and only 2 open for 1200 apts!! I didn't see dog poop on the grass or walkways at your place and it apperes that most residents keep up the outsides of there place w/ flowers and stuff.
I haven't lived in an apartment in over 13 yrs and moving into one again is something I am starting to dred. Noise, Management and neighbors( hopefully all are not complainers)
Now I'm not sure what to do with regard to the Bella Vida... It really met my basic requirements of a garage, ample sqft., ammenities, close proximity to work, good schools, and a safe community.
Any constructive comments on the place would be greatly appreciated

Even though you gave this a "NO", your high rating and quasi- sales pitch is a dead give away that you are management!!! Give it a rest!!

actually Im not management!! and am really looking for constructive comments!! your crappy response however makes me want to forgo alot of the negative comments, when I had actually just finished reading all 215 post and decided that this was not the place for me or my family. Now if I make that decision it will be because I dont want to be exposed to judgemental creeps like you as well as shotty apts at a premium price!!

Choppermom2, I apologize for any rude responses. People that loved living here and have been forced to see and live it going down hill because of the new management company are very touchy. Did you notice the shredded vollyball net in the pool behind the office? That is typical of the care this property gets. I don't need to say anything more.

Actually I did notice the volleyball net by the pool, there was a groupof people playng at it and it did not apper to be shredded. Of course I would like to take a second, more critical look at the entire complex and will than base my decision on that and not of a bunch of opinions. The fact that you thought that I was management makes me wonder what elese you exagereted! Im not sure I want to live here, some of the compliats seem petty and usual apt. stuff ex. thin walls, parking and trashy neighbors others seem like valid compliants ie: ac issues, electrical fires, no exterior lighting , and ayear old algee problem. Not sure because the other apt complexs around that I looked at are just as bad but smaller
