The management company has yet to get the lighting fixed in the basketball court and outside. In phase II if someone on here was complaining about the pool circulation - it seems that the pumps may not be functioning correctly but the problem is someone put little bitty I don't know what they are called. The water coming in the pool from the pump is restricted because the hole on the directional thing is too small. The holes were much bigger, I don't know who changed them out but it has indeed deminished the circulation of the pool. They need to replace those with the bigger hole type since they have the pool ripped up anyway, but they probably won't. I've noticed anything greystar has done they waste the owner's money and don't follow up to see if it is done correctly - or even if the job is completed. Having been a commecial property owner in my prime, watching this company "operate" is very frustrating.
