I moved here about a year ago ignoring what I found here. The management was new and the leasing agent (no longer here) convinced me that they were great. So after having green pools for so long this summer, not to mention the disrepair of the pools and the grounds in general - I had to get on here and post. As I look at the posts its just rediculous. What is written is true. Who these crazies are that write the "yes" recommendations are a mystery to me, and why would a "yes" poster name someone on their post. All I can say is this: I ignored what was on here before I moved and I'm sorry. The nerve of this management company to say they are doing a great job with the pools out the office back door having been falling apart since June 2005 when I moved in and the vollyball net shredded, I just can't believe they can keep saying how great they are and that they provide resort style living.

They cleared up the pool for a day or two. It will probably be green again in a few days. Until they fix the leaks keeping the pumps from working. The previous owners would make the pool guy do his job (because he is very lazy) but this company doesn't enforce that he do a good job. Wasting the owners and their investors money once again, what's new?

yep they fixed the gate for two weeks. Im moving to lakepointe they're gate is always working.
