Doing cosmetic repairs vs. safety, health repairs'

It seems the owners and managment might be trying to sell Bella Vida. Instead of fixing the massive amounts of burned out lighting, repairing the leaks in the pool's pump lines (or whatever the problem is) so the pools circulation meets state health codes. They are fixing little crumbles in the drives! Potential buyers don't come at night to look. They don't see all the lights out in and around the pools, etc. We would be thrilled to have anyone but these guys as owners. What fakers. Evidentally concrete repair is cheaper than lighting repair - but the little crumbles in the pavement wasn't hardly noticable compared to walking your dog at night not being safe here, much less room for car and apt. break-ins because of no night lighting in many areas. They are doing cosmetic work, such as fixing little crumbling spots in the drive areas around the property, resurfacing the pools - that they promised they'd do last summer - could have done it during the winter - but waited until this summer - why didn't they wait until the winter again' In fact, they said they couldn't do it last summer because the pool companies were "all busy" what a story! They probably have ocean front property to sell you in Arizona. I wonder if they will repair the curbs that crumbled off over a year ago too' Who knows - they never inform the renters here of anything that's going on. I think that is simple courtesy 101! To fix barely noticable concrete when we need lights fixed for safety, and pools fixed for health safety they are in my opinion cheating us.
