Okay from the outside it looks okay. They take care of the landscape in front so it will make people want to move in and live there.
First of all cars get broken into all of the time. The landscaping is overwatered (and we pay for that!) and there are ants EVERYWHERE!! The appliances break constantly. The carpet is really really cheap. And you get cheated out on your deposit you are supposed to get at the end.

u r so right. the carpet was so bad when we moved in and really needed changing out, greystar had just taken over when we transferred to this paticular unit and had never even seem the apt. my husband and i moved a few weeks ago and waiting for a refund, greystar lost our move in sheet which stated the condition of the apt and carpet upon move in. they are waiting to get an carpet inspector to look at the carpet to determine if we get that refund. MY QUESTION IS... HOW DO A CARPET INPECTOR INSPECT CARPET THAT WASNT INSPECTED PRIOR TO MOVE IN?!!! how do they determine anything. had i known this i would had video the move in as i did the move out.

THIS IS THE ONLY APARMENT COMPLEX THAT WILL TELL YOU YOUR APARTMENT IS NOT READY UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO MOVE IN. SO IF THAT HAPPEN JUST TELL THEM I WILL WAIT BECAUSE THEY WILL MOVE YOU INTO A DIRTY APARTMENT.

Our apartment wasn't ready either, that is the norm around here. I've yet to meet anyone that said their apartment was ready when they moved in.
