Some valid points are made on this site, but for the most part...it is just a load of crap. If you are that miserable, find somewhere else that will pay for you to play golf every month, pay for you to have a happy hour on Fridays, pay for you even more food and drinks and Saturdays. Thank God there are more happier people that live here than the hand full of negative residents that post the same things, just under different names.

1st, this is my first post. 2nd, there are more than 5 people that would like to see things that have needed fixing for over a year fixed. Only management would deny that all the things wrong around here - are not wrong, 3rd the rent we pay pays for everything here, including your salary.

i posted every few weeks because nothing posted on here gets fixed (called in to). don't care anymore we moved last month still haven't got the deposit back, and the last electric bill was over $250 and we couldn't get our apt. cooler than 85 degrees in the afternoon. when we get our deposit we never want to look back. i wasn't the only one posting. most people at bella vida only stay there because of the big floor plans. everyone complains since this company took over "managing" all they do is collect rent smoke and drink and lie to get new renters and on posts on here.
