You poor pesimistic people; the ones who are never satisfied and always have to be complaining about something... I'm going to let you future renters a secret... most of these ratings are probably from people who don't even pay rent on time and if they do they are always finding somethinf to nit pick at... Lifes not perfect and the residents and staff at Bella Vida all know this. Unlike these whiney people who are negative nanceys, the staff/management here do everything in their power to make this community a better living experience.

It's interesting that this poster thinks about renters paying their rent on time, but gives no care to green pools and lighting being out for over a year, gates not functioning, etc. Must be another management review. The reason people complain is because they've experienced a real management company that had the initiative to really do their job and have the staff necessary to do it. Maintenance is way under staffed.

watching Bella Vida go down hill is depressing. we moved last month because it was so beautiful before greystar. now greystar cant seem to get anything fixed a year later. rent at your own risk and only rent first floor. upstairs apts have sky high electric bills!

if this was a low income complex, or section 8 then it would be perfect, but then again they keep a beter run place. just compair the bella vida website to the actual property, then come back and call us pestimestic.

Yes, section 8 would never approve this place or most of the apartments here for their renters. They require the property be maintained properly. Pretty pathetic.
