HOW SMART IS THAT COMMENT ABOUT HAPPY HOUR, THAT MONEY SHOULD BE USE TO FIX THE GATE, LIGHTS AROUND MAILBOX AND UPDATE THE LANDSCAPING INSIDE THE COMPLEX. I PAY RENT ON TIME AND A LARGE AMOUNT SO I CAN HAVE ***OPINION***. I KNOW THE COMMENT'S THAT ARE GOOD ARE FROM THE OFFICE BECAUSE I HAVE PERSONALLY TALK WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN HERE FOR FIVE YEARS OR MORE AND STATED SINCE GREYSTAR HAS TAKEN OVER THE PLACE, IT IS GOING DOWN AND IT USE TO BE NICE TO LIVE HERE. I WILL NOT RENEW MY LEASE SO DON'T WORRY.
