I've read some of the posts here. It seems that the management or whomever posts the yes reviews are under the impression that there is only one or two renters here writing hundreds of these reviews. I know that several people from my area of the complex have posted here, and now I post as well. When amenities and conditions of the complex are this bad, for over one year with little or no change, of course there will be multiple complaints. As you can see from the same complaints being made over and over the management does not do their job, or they do it poorly. What is so appalling to me is that when you report something, the management group actually acts like they don't see the problem or that anything at all is wrong. Maybe it's not an act at all, could be they are that stupid. I??ve decided the later.

MANAGEMENT?!!! FIX THE MAJOR COMPLAINTS.THE GATES,LIGHTS AND THE POOLS. MAYBE YOUR RATES WILL GET BETTER. MAYBE. HA! HA!
