if you are looking to lease here and ignore all the views you have read, i advise you to get everything in writing, and keep all your paper work, even a copy of your move in inspection,lease, work orders, everything in a safe place.it will come in handy when you least expect it. if possible video the place before moving in especially if the carpet isnt new.( or you will be responsible when moving out). they have someone to professionally inspect the carpet when you out, but not when you move in. make sure you note any little stain etc., we resently moved out and the only thing we didnt have a copy of was the move in list, which they conviently lost. so we are being charged for carpet that was already bad, the bad part of this, is that greystar was in the process of taking over the same time we moved in, and never inspected the carpet prior. the worse part is the carpet needed taking up anyways and they are making us pay for already worn carpet. the day we moved in we requested the carpet be cleaned because it was just that bad, and it still didnt look clean after they finished. they are also saying that we didnt pay a deposit so theirfore they dont owe us onr. WRONG! well we have copies of our ledger,and every deposit we ever made including pet deposits. we work from 8-5 and call daily to get this matter taken care of,we have left messg. for C. TO CALL but she hadnt so now one of us will have to miss work or take a half a day just to come in the office to talk with her. i miss the space we had, but i now feel safe when i walk my dog at night,or to the fitness center the pool is very clean and treated regularly,the area is very well lighted and the gates are always working or fixed right away when not working properly.from readyfordeparture. i have departed!!!
