I leave in the phase at the front and the pool was just resurfaced. I guess I don't see the other amenities because I rarely go the side by the office because there are always a bunch of people at the pool that complain and are not very friendly. maybe you should venture out and see for yourself what the fuss is all about, then u may want 2 join them. talk a little walk at night especially, go to both phases and take notice of eveything. you dont even need a gate key 4 phase 2

I see your point. If your apartment is one of the few that is not falling apart, and you never get out, of course you would not see any problems. However, do you notice the indoor basket ball court lights being out for over a year? The (all) pool areas being extremely dark due to lights being out around and in the pool. Or the pool they just resurfaced already has algae growing because they don't keep the chemicals in check. I respect your post, just wanted to let you know what the fuss is about. We that want to use the amenities are paying for ammenities we can't use.

Come on over to our phase...the front gate has been broken for the past 8 months plus tonight, the only working gate (exit gate) won't open so you have to manuever your truck and back up and turn around and go through the whole complex to exit out the main entrance. Don't even get me started on my apartment that is falling apart.

The lights around mailbox area in Phase I is out and the front gate is never closed. We do pay extra to live in gated apartment complex. Indian Ridge Apartments are cheaper and their gates are always working or closed. Where is all the money that we pay rent for, definitely not being use for up keep of complex.
